Set 3 training

Ok as u all can see this is much the easiest to do. Goalkeepers save shots from people. (1) and (2) will shoot at their respective NEAR POSTS. F which is a feeder will feed the ball to (3) which will chip the ball towards goal forcing the goalkeeper to return back and try to save it from going in. (3) will be 10metres away from the penalty box and (1) and (2) just on the edge of it. So YA. Its just that easy. Just trains on shooting basically more of a goalkeeper routine. Every person takes 3-5 shots each and swaps positions. Points accumulated for each goal scored and each shot saved above ground. Grounded shots does NOT count.

P.S. More will be added due time when u guys finish your exams at 25th and we will try out asap to get results. PERFORMANCE IN TRAINING WILL BE NOTED AND EVALUATED. So, please do not try your best. Make sure you do your best to improve.
GOOD LUCK FOR EXAMS!

Set 2 training

Ok. Almost self-explanatory. 2 Attackers S1 and S2 tries to get past D1 through to D3.
Attackers must try and coordinate passes to each other to find ways to pass the defender. Each attacker has a limitation of MAXIMUM three touches at a time and has to pass it. Attackers get 1 point for each defenders passed and defenders get 1 point for every interception made.

Easy? NAH. Touches may be scaled down to 2 and even 1 for the better ones. So, no. It's not as easy as you think.
Points? YES THERE IS POINTS AND THERE IS REWARDS. Further details will be released next time. O Ya when the attacker loses the ball, THEY MOVE To THE BACK OF THE DEFENCE and become a defender as for the attacker, moves to the attacking line up. SO, DO YOUR BEST FAGS.

Dimensions are roughly 20 by 20m for each defender's area. It will be a square. Trains on passing, teamwork, anticipation tactics and of course DEFENDING!

EDIT: Dimensions may vary. O and not to forget, Attackers, you lose when the ball gets out of bounds of no matter whatever reasons. YOU DID NOT CONTROL.

1st Set of Training Scheldule

Ok so here is the thing. I personally think that we need to improve crossing so ya this stuff improves crossing either low or high and makes passing more accurate to flanks better too.
As you can see , straight unbroken lines means running or sprint. Dotted means passing of ball. And arrows itself means shoot/head whatever.
To the main point. (1) will pass to (2) and that he will pass to (5) who made a timed run to the flank to receive the ball and he will pass the ball to 6 via crossing or low cross high cross whatever. And 6 will take the ball and finish it either first time with head, or taking it down and shooting the ball volley etc. This happens same for (3) (4) (7) (8). Just that it changes direction but exactly the same routine. Person in charge will be either me or someone else if i take another kind of training up

EDIT: Length is about 20 metres +- breadth is full length
