
Ok so here is the thing. I personally think that we need to improve crossing so ya this stuff improves crossing either low or high and makes passing more accurate to flanks better too.
As you can see , straight unbroken lines means running or sprint. Dotted means passing of ball. And arrows itself means shoot/head whatever.
To the main point. (1) will pass to (2) and that he will pass to (5) who made a timed run to the flank to receive the ball and he will pass the ball to 6 via crossing or low cross high cross whatever. And 6 will take the ball and finish it either first time with head, or taking it down and shooting the ball volley etc. This happens same for (3) (4) (7) (8). Just that it changes direction but exactly the same routine. Person in charge will be either me or someone else if i take another kind of training up
EDIT: Length is about 20 metres +- breadth is full length
